Stroller Repairs
For a quote or to confirm that a repair is feasible, please send an email to junior@juniorbaby.com with the following information:
- Contact Info (Name, telephone number, address)
- Model/Make/Year of stroller needing repairs or photo of production sticker (required)
- Picture and brief description of issue in need of repair
Please note that a written certification from a stroller technician can be provided for insurance claims, airline claims or repair/replacement quotes for a non-reimbursable fee of 60$. We do not accept strollers for repair without an initial confirmation by email to take an appointment.
Customer will be contacted once their email has been verified and reviewed within 48-72 hours.
