Shipping policy
Effective October 26, 2025
Juniorbaby ships within Canada only. We do not ship to the USA or any other territory outside of Canada. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Important Notice
Canada Post is currently experiencing a labour disruption. All orders will be shipped using alternate couriers, which may result in longer lead times. In-store pick-up is encouraged during this period for in-stock items.
High-Value Shipments ($499 and above)
All orders exceeding $499 require a signature upon delivery and proof of valid Canadian ID to receive the parcel.
Failure to provide these will result in the shipment being returned to the store, and return fees will apply.
Shipping Methods
We carefully select the fastest and most reliable shipping method for each order. Packages may ship via UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or Canada Post.
Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday; weekend delivery may be available at an additional cost — please contact Customer Care for details.

In-stock items generally ship within 4–10 business days.

High-volume periods, special orders, or furniture may require additional processing time.

A tracking email will be sent once your order ships.

Some orders may ship from multiple locations with different lead times.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and returns are at the customer’s expense.
Please note: Even items that qualify for Free Shipping have an associated original shipping cost that remains non-refundable.
Refused shipments or unclaimed packages are considered returns and are subject to return shipping charges.
Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $99 (pre-tax) within Canada for most in-stock items.
Exclusions include, but are not limited to:

Oversized items (cribs, beds, dressers, night tables, mattresses, beanbags, bathtubs, diaper pails)

All furniture (ineligible for free shipping)
Free Shipping does not apply to returns. This promotion may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Orders placed in-store are not eligible for online Free Shipping offers.
Free In-Store Pick-Up
Free in-store pick-up is always available — helping you avoid potential loss or damage and often receive your order sooner.
You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.
A valid Canadian ID and the credit card used for purchase are required at pick-up.
Failure to provide these will result in your package being withheld.
Special Orders & Furniture
Special order items have longer lead times — please contact the store for details.
All furniture deliveries are curbside (first threshold) and cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
Furniture deliveries are offered within the Greater Montreal area only and may incur additional fees. Shipping charges for oversized items will be calculated at the time of purchase.
Please inspect all furniture upon delivery. Any damages or defects must be reported within 2 business days, along with photos, a copy of your receipt, and item details.
Claims & Returns

Damages/Defects: Notify juniorbaby.service@juniorbaby.com within 48 hours.

Order Discrepancies: Notify within 72 hours.

All returns are at the customer’s expense.

Some regions are excluded from Free Shipping: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and certain postal codes (see full list below).
