Can I return my order?

Juniorbaby wants you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, return your item within 10 days of receiving your shipment.

All returned items must:

  • Include the appropriate reference number

  • Be in their original, unopened condition and packaging

  • Include all documentation and warranty cards

Refunds cover product cost only, not the original shipping, including items that qualified for Free Shipping. Return shipping is at the purchaser’s expense. Baby bedding items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Certain items are final sale due to hygienic reasons (e.g., breast pumps, nipples, pacifiers).

All special orders  (All furniture, Gliders, Custom order items, Non-stock colours) are final sale with no refunds or exchanges.  

All opened/repackaged items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

To request a return, contact our customer service to receive a refund authorization number and ship your purchase to:

Where do you ship?

Juniorbaby currently ships only within Canada. Remote areas may be subject to additional shipping charges, communicated by email within 48 hours. No additional fees are charged without customer consent.

Will I have to pay taxes?

  • Quebec: 5% GST + 9.975% QST

  • Maritime provinces, Ontario, BC: HST applies

  • Other provinces: 5% GST + applicable PST

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Juniorbaby gift certificates, and Shop Pay.

Does Juniorbaby offer gift cards?

Yes, gift cards are available in the value of your choice.

Are Juniorbaby online transactions secure?

Yes. We are GeoTrust certified, meaning all credit card information is encrypted via SSL protocol. No credit card data is stored on our servers; information is securely processed through Shopify Payments.

What is Address Verification Service (AVS)?

AVS validates the billing information your credit card company has on file against the billing info provided at checkout. Some banks may not support AVS, which can result in declined orders.

If your bank does not support AVS: visit the store to complete your purchase. AVS checks are not required in-store or via alternative payment methods.

Can I pay over the phone?

No. We do not accept credit card payments over the phone.
