Can I return my order?

Juniorbaby wants you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. Upon receipt of your item, if you are not satisfied simply return it within 10 days of the date the shipment was received.

All returned items must be labeled with the appropriate reference number (see below) and be in their original, unopened condition and packaging. All items must also include all documentation and warranty cards.

You will be refunded the cost of the product only, not the original shipping. This also applies to products that are advertised with Free Shipping. The actual cost of shipping these products will not be refunded.

Additionally, all shipping to return the product to the merchant will be at the purchasers' expense. There will also be a 30% restocking fee on all returned baby-bedding items.

Also, take note that certain items may be final sale due to hygienic reasons (ex. breast pumps, nipples, pacifiers, etc.).

All Special Orders (Furniture, Gliders, Custom Order Items, non stock colors, special orders) are final sale, no refunds or exchanges.

Please contact our customer service department to request a refund authorization number. Our sales representative will take down all of your information and assign you a reference number. You may at this point send your purchase back to 9520 Maurice-Duplessis - Montreal, Quebec - H1E 1N1 - CANADA quoting your return reference number. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition. Junior Baby will not accept any COD shipping of returns.

Where do you ship?

Presently JuniorBaby only ships within Canada. Please Note: Juniorbaby ships anywhere within Canada. However, some remote areas within Canada may be subject to additional shipping charges. If your order is subject to any additional shipping charges, Juniorbaby will notify you by email within 48 hours. Rest assured that no additional fees are charged without the customer's consent.

Will I have to pay taxes?

Since we are located in Quebec, all Quebec customers must pay the 5% GST as well as the 9.975% QST. All customers from the Maritime provinces, Ontario, and British Columbia are subject to the HST. All other provinces will only be obliged to pay the 5% GST and applicable PST.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa and MasterCard as well as PayPal and Juniorbaby gift certificates.

I tried to order from your site, but I received a message?

Your order may be declined for several reasons. Please make sure the following issues have been verified. 1- Billing address specified matches the billling address associated with the credit card. 2- The CVV number specified on the order matches the CVV number on your credit card. 3- Make sure your issuing bank supports AVS (address verification service) otherwise order will be declined.

What is Address Verification Service (AVS)?

Address Verification Service (AVS) is a means of validating the billing information that your credit card company has on file with the billing information that you provided. Card holders with a bank that does not support AVS may receive an error due to the lack of data.

What if my bank does not support Address Verification Service (AVS)?

If you are unable to use our site's secure checkout, we offer the use of PayPal, a third party service and secure industry standard as an alternative method of payment. PayPal uses different verification methods to transfer funds between the customer and vendors from AVS.

Can I pay over the phone?

We do not accept credit card information over the phone.
