Hello,
I am simply writing to congratulate you on the quality of your services. I have recently ordered baby video monitors from your website, and I still haven't gotten over how fast I recieved my item. I ordered on Sunday and recieved my package on Wednesday morning, at my door. Your website is well laid out and easy to use, and the service I received when I called in-store (on sunday) was excellent.
Granted, the item I bought was on sale, but at first I though the price I paid was just too good to be true. Actually 50% cheaper than other major departement stores? Even the prices on Ebay don't come close! And the item is new and warrantied for a full year (not refurbished with a 3 month warranty)?

Dearest all representatives of Junior Baby,
I just wanted to thank you for your excellent customer service. I've worked in customer service for 10 years and its nice to experience great customer service on the other side. After receiving such poor customer service through another company, I contacted Sam at the Junior Baby Store and he was able to ease my mind. We were told at the other company that our Radian 65 Premier was ordered but turned out there was a mix up with the order, that we'd not be receiving our carseat, with no apology offered. When I spoke with Sam at Junior Baby, he was very helpful and empathetic to our situation. He advised us that there was plenty in stock, the best way to install 3 carseats in a row in a small car along with some helpful hints : ) We ordered from Junior Baby late in the day on Thursday and received it the following Monday without hassle.
I truly appreciate all you've done for us and will highly recommend your company to all parents and parents-to-be!!!!

Received the stroller yesterday!! Haven't put it together yet but very excited to do so!! Haven't yet seen instructions but I am hoping they are in one of the bags?

I just wanted to write and thank you for the AMAZING service and delivery of my Radian 65. I tried to buy one locally and for over 3 weeks received no answers on when their order of seats should arrive. I ordered from you guys on Friday afternoon and was beyond excited to have it at my doorstep on Monday morning. I have been so thrilled with your service I even mentioned it on my blog so any of my friends who are having babies might use your site as well for purchases. You get a 10 out of 10 in my books and I am glad that a friend mentioned your site to me. I will be checking out anything else I need on your site first for sure. Thank you so much for your excellent service. We ordered a Britax carseat through the website and received it less than 12 days later and we live in Yellowknife. Dear Junior Baby,
I just wanted to write and let you know that dealing with you has been an absolute pleasure. After a lot of searching and dealing with other suppliers of the stroller that I wanted (including the manufacturer), I became frustrated. It seemed as though I was simply unable to purchase the product I wanted either because of poor company policies and management or because I live in Canada.
Once I found you, I was able to easily buy the product I wanted at a great price and it was delivered to my door in three days!
I wish I had found you earlier. I'm surprised that although you appear to carry more models of Graco strollers than anyone else in Canada, the Graco website makes no mention of your store and website. They do however list Toys R Us as the main supplier of their products even though they never had the product I wanted in stock and didn't offer the product on line.
So, thanks again. I have bookmarked your website and will definitely buy from you again.
