Juniorbaby wants you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your item within 10 days of receiving your shipment, subject to the conditions below.

If our product goes on sale within 30 days of your purchase, we’ll credit you the price difference on a Juniorbaby gift card.
Please note:
The price difference is calculated excluding any and all promotions or discounts applied to your original invoice(e.g., free gift with purchase, bundle discounts, special offers, etc.).
If your purchase included a promotional item of value (such as a free mattress or free backpack), that item's value will be deducted from the credit amount to ensure promotions cannot be combined.
Important Notes:
- Open-box items and gift registry purchases are NOT eligible for return.
- All special orders over $499 are final sale and cannot be refunded, but warranty claims remain valid.
All returned items must:
- Be labeled with the appropriate reference number
- Be in their original, unopened condition and packaging
- Include all documentation and warranty cards
Refunds cover the product cost only, not the original shipping. This applies even to items that qualified for Free Shipping.
Return shipping is at the purchaser’s expense.
Restocking fees:
- 15% on most returned items
- 30% on all returned baby-bedding items
Final Sale Items
Certain items are final sale due to safety or hygienic reasons, including but not limited to:
- Car seats & car seat bases
- Breast pumps & accessories
- Nipples, pacifiers, and teethers once opened
- Baby monitors with Wi-Fi functionality
- Bath tubs & bathing accessories
- Mattresses & mattress covers
- Safety gates, potties, and personal care items once opened
- Special orders, pre-orders, and all furniture
- Clearance items
- Gift cards

COD returns are not accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if merchandise is not in its original condition.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed as a new order.
- The value of the returned merchandise will be credited, and you will be charged for the new order.
- Store credit or exchanges are allowed only within 30 days from purchase (online purchases counted from the delivery date).
- After 30 days, items are final sale.
- No refunds or exchanges without a receipt or gift receipt.
In-Store Returns
- Refunds within 10 days from date of purchase in original tender.
- Up to 30 days for a store credit with original receipt.
- Returns with a gift receipt are redeemable within 30 days for a gift card only.
- After 30 days, items are final sale.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in original condition.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Final Sale in-store items:
Furniture, car seats, parts, clearance, floor models, personal care items, and discounted items are all final sale.
Gift Registry
Gifts purchased off registries can be returned for store credit up to 60 days after the date of purchase, with gift receipt or proof of purchase.
Excludes items marked as final sale, which cannot be returned.
Special Orders & Pre-Orders
- All special order, pre-order, and furniture items are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned.
- Special orders are items not in inventory and have an estimated lead time.
- Once paid and ordered, these items cannot be refunded.
- Delivery times are estimated, and we are not responsible for supplier delays or back orders.
Furniture
- All furniture orders are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
- Inspect furniture upon delivery. If damaged, sign as 'Damaged' and contact customer service immediately.
- Manufacturing defects must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Provide photos, receipt or gift receipt, model number, manufacture date, and item description.
- Warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer.
Car Seats
- All car seats are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- This policy ensures that safety is never compromised.
- If a defect is suspected, contact the manufacturer directly. We will only accept returns if advised by the manufacturer.
Shipping & Return Fees
- All shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable.
- Returns are at the customer’s expense.
- Refused shipments or shipments not picked up at depots are considered returns and are subject to return shipping charges.
Cancellation Policy
You have 1 hour from the time of placing your order to cancel during business hours for a full refund.
